Joe D.Hudson, Jr. is a former three-time winner of the Apple Of Excellence Teaching Award at James Martin Middle School in Charlotte and is a winner of the Susan Cline Excellence In Teaching Award at Harris Road Middle School in Concord. He currently resides in Concord with his wife, Kelly, and is an eighth grade science teacher at Harris Road.
